I just ordered this through Rappi (a wrap) and I got a flour tortilla wrap, all stiff and filled with nothing but dressing. The meat and avocado weren't visible, they were lost in so much dressing, and the first time the tortilla broke. Terrible quality.
The food is delicious, however, the Plaza la Victoria branch has been severely neglected. From the checkout, everything looks messy and dirty. The ice cream machine is rarely in operation. The staff who collects the payment wears extremely dirty and disheveled clothing. It is clear that the branch needs general maintenance and needs to be kept clean and tidy.
The quality of the food has gone down and their billing system doesn't work and they only give you 3 days to bill. I paid with the tax card and now I can't get my invoice. They don't answer the phones and there is no email to request the invoice.

I placed an order last night at Rappi for their products (Brownie). Regrettable experience because when I opened the package to enjoy my order, I was surprised that it was all full of MOLD/FUNGUS above and below the brownie. I understand that they can keep the products on the shelf for a while, but what a lack of professionalism it is to not check before sending the order. Obviously I threw it away as soon as I saw it, so my recommendation would be to use caution if you buy their products online

Good place. They usually have available space. In my case, I ordered the pizza, and it tasted different than usual, but not bad, just the consistency. I would go back to try more options and the desserts, which look very good.
I loved the place, it's 100% recommended if you want to eat delicious and healthy food. I can recommend the Peruvian salmon bowl, it's delicious.

The worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. I don't know if it is an innovative product, they offered it to me as new on the menu. I hope that was the reason. Overall it looked like frozen chicken and shoe sole quality. I asked the girl to recommend the one with the most vegetables and it only had lettuce. I don't think it's as healthy as they say, in this case I would have gone for a subway. It only has chicken, avocado, chipotle sauce, lettuce and lots and lots of bread.
I like to go, they serve you well, they are friendly, the food is also very well served and has a tasty flavor, the desserts are delicious, they have a great variety of them, for protein shakes the truth is that I personally don't enjoy them as much with the Whey protein, and they have withdrawn the isolate and the Vegan, which is why I don't go as much as I used to, going out after the gym, but it is one of my first options to go to eat and for a dessert that is good for me, Their prices are reasonable at portions and for what they give you, the place is comfortable, I recommend that you go to the one in Victoria, it is a 9/10 in my opinion.

My opinion is mixed. Because although I really like the concept of healthy and high in protein, the service is very slow, even when serving the Protein Ice Cream. The latter come out of an ice cream machine and yet the person serving does not serve quickly but instead starts doing other things instead of giving priority to the customer so that he/she can leave quickly and he/she can do the other thing they want/need to do.nnAnother negative point is its unsustainable packaging.nThey still use unicell and plastic spoons in a world that needs restaurants and suppliers in general to change the way they deliver their products for the environment.nnIn conclusion, if you are going to come to Protein Food you should come without hunger, with patience and hopefully you can ask what they do or do not deliver with sustainable packaging. I didn't do it because according to their stories the crepes to go would come in box-type packaging, but that wasn't the case...nnPS: thanks for including the macros of your dishes :)
I've always bought cookies and cakes. Today when we went to breakfast, there were no waffles. Breakfasts in general were complicated for the lady. Everything told us it would take 20 minutes.
