The food is delicious, the service is also very good and it is a nice restaurant.
Bad from every angle... Pretentious business that doesn't deliver
Disappointing. I'd been there before and everything was fine. But the second time I went, everything was bad. It took almost an hour to get the cold food, and the service was overcharged. I won't be back.
All the food was delicious. The mushroom risotto was wonderful. A little delayed.
I love the food and service here. The lychee sangria is spectacular, and all the dishes have a great Italian flavor.
We were a table of 7 people, first the service was terrible, they changed our table and we were at one near the bar where we listened to the employees' music on our cell phones apart from the restaurant's, we were going to celebrate a birthday and they couldn't believe it if we didn't show proof of it, the food took a while, the drinks the same, and the attention in general from the service was terrible. We were really looking forward to going to celebrate my wife's birthday but it was terrible.
They serve damaged food. The fish smelled bad. The hummus was stale. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to me in this restaurant, which indicates that they do not observe sanitary measures.
Terrible service, cold dishes and very delayed even though the restaurant was alone. HenFatal lasagna dish, no sauce and little pasta.
The worst experience, more than an hour and 20 minutes for a carbonara pasta to be served (which never arrived). Terrible service
Very well decorated place, with very good food
Olivia is a difficult proposal to define. I understand that its premise is Italian food, but its objective is to go for a more accessible offering. However, even though the food is good, they have good service and the places are super nice. The food goes unnoticed, the flavors and dishes do not stand out but they do not disappoint. You could say that one goes to the fixed, but I feel that the place lacks a little soul within its preparations. Furthermore, for me the only restaurant that can afford a menu that looks like a short book is crepes, in the rest of the places this only distracts and is a lack of specialization.
The attention, very good experience! Delicious starters, it went very well for us.
Terrible service, we placed a very large order for a birthday dinner and after paying (which was not small), the super unfriendly people in the service, took us out of the restaurant at 9 pm as if we had not bought anything, it was raining outside and they did not care about that
Pathetic! 27 thousand pesos for this drink? Worst service. I had to get up to get the drinks, no one came! Anymore! shame
We had lunch at Olivia on 81st Street and 9th Street, and although the place is decent in its atmosphere, physical structure and spaciousness, the food leaves a lot to be desired, the pasta tasteless, some meatballs of average quality, and a grilled chicken Milanese, half burnt and dry, to rescue the wine lemonade, delicious and the burrata that was good. The service was not friendly at all. In short, this restaurant is not recommended.
One of my favorite places in Bogotá and Medellín. Mandatory stop! The keto-based pizza is spectacular, the salads are my favorites, and today I tried the seasonal menu and I was fascinated by the keto parmesan flat and the Milanese breaded in parmesan cheese and almond flour. Must must must!
A lack of respect, we made a reservation for 10 people, they sent us a confirmation email and when we arrived at the site it turned out that the reservation DOES NOT APPEAR and that's it. They didn't even deign to solve or try to accommodate us. Terrible customer service.
Cozy place, beautiful decoration, terrible table service, there is no cutlery, they serve the dishes at the wrong time and they take a long time when ordering drinks or dessert. There was no coffee
Excellent place to share with family
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the unfortunate experience I had at your establishment today. I made a reservation through your website, and although I indicated I would be bringing a dog, this information was apparently not processed correctly. Even so, when I arrived with my mother, we were served and spent approximately $90,000 on your menu.nThe problem began when the rest of my family (my father, my brother, and my dog) arrived. At that point, your staff informed us that we had to leave the restaurant, arguing that the dog's presence had not been indicated in the reservation. What made matters worse was that, at the restaurant's pet-friendly table, there were people who were not eating and who could have easily been seated at the table we were occupying, demonstrating a clear lack of willingness to seek a reasonable solution.nThe way the manager and the server handled the situation was unacceptable: not only did they leave us with no options, but they humiliated us, forcing us to leave the place after spending more than an hour there. I want to emphasize that the waitresses were friendly, but the lack of humanity, empathy, and professionalism from the rest of the staff, especially the manager, left much to be desired.nThis incident clearly demonstrates a serious disconnect between your team and customer expectations. Not only is it disrespectful, but it also undermines the perception of your restaurant as an inclusive and service-oriented place.nFor my part, I will not return to Olivia 81, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I hope you reconsider how you handle these types of situations and train your team in customer service, conflict management, and empathy.
A nicely decorated place with excellent customer service, the waitress was very friendly and smiling. But the pasta was pretty average, the cheese sauce thick and tasted cheap and undercooked. Still, the place is nice and could be a good option for a third date.
Pet friendly, good service, good value for money, very complete menu suitable for celiacs, keto, etc. in addition to the normal Italian menu. We will return!
Excellent service, place and food.
I ordered a michelada soda and they served me half the soda, the pesto risotto is too simple in flavor, I really don't recommend the food very much 5/10
Good seasoned Italian food
They raised the price, they lowered the quality and quantity a lot.nIt was like eating pizza at a local store.
Very good Pizza, very good coffee and good service!
Place with a very cozy atmosphere with delicious food to share with friends, various pizzas, hummus and highly recommended tomato soup.
The restaurant was very cool, the food delicious, and the red wine sangria was highly recommended. But I didn't like the service because they didn't place the plates on the table of those sitting by the window. Instead, they passed them to the person on top of the people on the other side, and the customer had to receive them in their own hands.
One of the best meats and pizza I've had in Bogotá!nBrutal
