Make no mistake, whatever is said is probably correct: we too just had a horrible experience with them concerning a relatively expensive cake we ordered.nnWhen we asked them to resolve the problem, they could not. Their solution was to offer a discount. Getting a discount was not the request. We asked that they restore the respect and dignity they should have for the customer. They did not understand that language.nnThe photos below are: left - the product advertized and, right - the product received. We've not bullying nor conning you.
No one asked for a discount.. money was on hand to pay the requested cost.. for a stunning finished product (identical to the original image)... If they are not able to Clone the aesthetics, appearances and beautification of a legitimate Cake... They should not accept work that is complicated for those who work on designs.... They should work more on the aesthetics of their finished products....nnIf they charge what they charge for a Cake... One expects something beautiful and precious, just as requested..., not receiving something, which is rather saddening...nnNOTE: Attached screenshots, of what was requested directly.nVersus what one receives as a finished product... an image, they uploaded it in their Stories...
This place delivers above and beyond any expectations. The food is fresh, delicious and clearly made with love and thought for the consumer.nThe gluten free bread is the best gluten free bread is so light and moist. The carrot cake the most delicious carrot cake whether or not you eat gluten. The lasagna tastes homemade and a truly comforting meal. The kimchi was perfectly fermented and seasoned……… I could go on!nThe owners are lovely and so responsive.nFinding gluten free goodies that aren’t dry, overpriced and flown in from North America is hard, I looked!nThank you so much bagels and bakes, we wish you had a few stores around the Americas.

Living in Nicaragua, I have had to get used to and make allowance to the ingredients used and methods making the foods I love to eat. Either they are not available or possible to get here. Bagels and Bakes has the baked goods that prove that some bakers will go out of their way and beyond, not giving into the settling for second best ingredients or methods! For a small shop in the little tourist pueblo of San Juan Del Sur Bagels and Bakes is a stand above the rest!! My taste buds and my love for bagels have found a place to please! Close to Parque Central and Industeia Guevara, GO!! The tatse of granmas homemade goods awaits!!

Yes! Love their snacks and treats. Quality ingredients and tonnes of creativity. Nice to have the comforts of home with bagels, protein snacks, indulgent desserts, birthday cakes, etc.

Found bagels and bakes products at Nica Naturals in SJDS and was obsessed! Wenstock up on peanut butter cups and the protein balls, and when we reached out about a key lime pie Bagels and Bakes hooked usnUp the next day! Amazing customer service and high quality health incredible treats
I ordered a cake for my son's birthday which we just cut into and ate. It was delicious and the ordering process from initial inquiry and ordering to deliver was fantastic. Kelley and her staff are awesome and I'd highly recommend their food as well as cakes.
Had a really good experience here, as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a birthday cake and had to get it delivered ! Everything worked out perfectly and the cake is amazing
