First-class cuts, first-class prices... but second-class service and facilities.nnThe food is undoubtedly spectacular. However, the service is far below the standard one would expect at a place of this caliber. The servers were rude, with unprofessional attitudes, grumpy expressions, and a clear lack of interest in the customer's experience.nnAs for the facilities, they are also disappointing. For the prices they charge, one would expect impeccable maintenance, but unfortunately, that is not the case. There are several details that detract from what should be a premium experience.

The place was very nice, but in the end they wanted us to give them a 15% tip, when a tip is supposed to be whatever the customer feels comfortable leaving. The waiter even insulted me as I was leaving.

The place is very cool and comfortable, the captain's attention is exceptional, however, the waiters' not so much, the appetizers are very good but the meat is not that incredible, I recommend that if you are going to eat meat there are many other better places in Querétaro
